Restructuring of the Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products Division

The Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products Division has undertaken a comprehensive reorganization that will strengthen its market focus, enhance its service quality, and improve its management efficiency as it expands its scope of business. Eczacıbaşı Girişim, Eczacıbaşı Hygiene Products, and Eczacıbaşı Professional have merged their operations and leader brands in the tissue paper, personal care, baby care, household care and away-from-home markets in Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products (formerly, İpek Kağıt Tissue Paper). By merging all four division companies under Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products, the Division has attained a leaner and more powerful structure.

In a related statement, Eczacıbaşı Executive Vice President of Consumer Products Hakan Uyanık said, “We hope that this restructuring will be advantageous for all our stakeholders, including our industry, consumers and national economy.
